HOW TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS

1. Pin hair as flat and as tight as possible before taking the measurements.

2. Round your measurements up not down. Example: 12 3/4 should be rounded up to 13 and 12 1/4 should be rounded up to 12 1/2.

Note: If you are bald or do not have a hair line - you do not need to add the inch - simply put the tape measure where you would like your hairline to begin with the wig. The averages below are just examples. These measurements will not fit everyone-some may need bigger or smaller size.

WASHING TIPS

If you wear wigs frequently, a 10-15 day wash cycle is recommended. Please ensure you do not rub or scrub the wig during washing. Place the wig in a suitably ventilated location following washing and dry thoroughly. (DO NOT EXPOSE DIRECTLY TO THE SUN).

CLEANING STEPS

Improper cleaning can damage wigs permanently. Only follow the approved washing method of washing to prolong the lifespan of the wig.

1. PREPARATION

Shampoo; Nursing liquid; Steel Comb; Hair Stand; Fine Comb; Basin; Warm Water.

2. CLEANING

Fill a basin with warm water (20°C / 68°F); this should not be boiling hot. Use an appropriate amount of neutral shampoo into the water, and stir carefully. Turning the net cap upside down, carefully immerse the wig into the water, and pat gently with your hand ensuring you do not scrub the wig. Afterwards, rinse the wig thoroughly with water.

3. HOW TO CARE

Fill a basin with warm water (25°C / 77°F or so), and add the appropriate amount of hair conditioner. Immerse and submerge the wig fully into the water for 5-10 minutes, before carefully removing the wig from the water using a dry towel. Place the wig securely on the hair stand to restore the wig to its original style.

4. HOW TO DRY

Place the wig in a well-ventilated place to let it to dry naturally. When storing the wig, please remember to use a dry location to prevent damage to the wig.

FAQS

Q : Why are your prices so low?
A :

(1) All of our products are sold directly from our large network of factories; these are located in major production hubs specializing in these items and are also situated in areas with abundant material resources ensuring costs are reduced.

(2) All finished products are shipped from our factory direct to our customers, to minimize storage costs.

(3) As an online business, we are able to further save on running costs and overheads compared to traditional retail stores.

Q : What kind of wigs should I
choose: synthetic or human hair?
A :

Thanks to advanced manufacturing techniques, the quality of synthetic wigs is exceptional and visually indistinguishable from human hair, even for sharp-eyed experts. Synthetic wigs have the advantage of being easier to care for as well as being priced at a much lower level. The mono-filament fiber "hair" used to make synthetic wigs also a form of “memory”, meaning that it maintains its wave or curl, along with specific texture and volume; this ensures that there is minimal upkeep. Synthetic wigs, however, are not designed to accept a permanent wave or "hair" dye, and can be permanently damaged by the use of curling irons, blow dryers or hot rollers.

Q : What type of fiber is used for your
synthetic wigs or hairpieces?
A :

The fiber is made from a special heat resistant raw material, imported from Japan. It is commonly used for hair extensions, weaves, wigs and doll’s hair. It is flame-retardant and comes in a variety of styles and textures, and has the benefit of being able to be styled more frequently than human hair.

Q : How long do you expect the wig to last?
A :

Generally, if you do not wear your wig on a daily basis, and take good care of it, synthetic hair wigs can last for over 1 year. Lace front wigs can last even longer, as the hair is carefully needled to the lace by hand. In terms of 100% human hair wigs, those can last for over 3 years with proper maintenance.
