This is a two piece dress stitched together with the waist lace. The waist lace is completely see-through. The fabric is only slightly stretchy. Love the fabric designs. Lace is not stretchy at all!!! I am happy that it did fit even with minimal stretchiness. Nice length (I am short so for taller ladies, will be shorter). Shipped fast. Great value...would definitely recommend!
