I am 5'2and the back is a bit long for me, touches the ground, but I doubt this would be the case for most folks. The material is a nice quality, did not shrink too much in a hot wash and hot dry even though I was trying to make it smaller! I could have ordered a smaller size, so go with the estimate provided, it is actually quite accurate. I love my little Elfoutfit!
